What we collect, and what we don't.
HubCue runs a marketing site with two contact forms. We do not track visitors, and we do not build profiles. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you send us.

Who to contact
HubCue is responsible for information submitted through this site. For anything on this page — a question, a correction, or a request to delete what we hold — email [email protected]. That address reaches us directly and is the fastest route to a person.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, and no session or local storage. We do not know who visits, how often, or where they go next — and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Web fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to anyone but us and our hosting provider.
What we collect when you use a form
Only what you type. The demo request and early access forms ask for:
- Required: your name and work email address.
- Optional: company, role, company size, customer count, request type, and whatever you write in the free-text fields.
We also record the time you submitted, and the approximate city and country that Cloudflare reports for your connection. We use these to detect automated abuse, not to identify you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send us to reply to you and to assess whether working together makes sense. Nothing more. Under the UK/EU GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a business enquiry that you initiated. You can object to this at any time by emailing us.
Who processes it
Your submission passes through three providers, each acting as a processor on our instructions:
| Provider | Role | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), abuse rate limiting | Request metadata and short-lived logs. For rate limiting we store a one-way hash of your email address for 24 hours, then it expires automatically. Turnstile is designed not to track users across sites. |
| Resend | Sends the notification email | A copy of the email, including your message, retained in their sending logs. |
| Google Workspace | Receives the email at [email protected] | The message, in our inbox. |
These providers may process data outside your country. Each operates under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
We have no customer database. Your submission exists as an email in our inbox, and we keep it for as long as the conversation is useful — ordinarily no more than 24 months from your last contact with us, after which we delete it. The rate-limiting hash expires after 24 hours regardless.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU, or another territory with comparable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide it in a portable format.
Email [email protected] and we will action it within one month. Because we hold your data as an email rather than in a database, deletion is genuinely straightforward — we remove the thread and purge it from our sending logs.
If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above. The site has no mailing list, so we cannot notify you directly — please check back if it matters to you.
